We supply Long travel & cross travel wheels which are straight threaded & double flanged forged steel & are heat treated to a depth of 15.20 mm. Wheels are supported on anti -functional ball & roller bearings & special block of 'L' type design for easy maintenance. For single girder cranes single flanged wheels are provided.
We supply totally enclosed oil immersed & splash lubricated reduction gears of rugged wide faced helical & spur gears that are precision machine cut from special alloy steel forging. Gears & pinions are supported on antifriction ball/ roller bearing to protect gear train from shock loads.
Besides complete gear box we also supply damaged gears and pinion of a gear box as per drawing OR as per sample.
We supply brakes of crane of all types EHT, Disc Type or electromagnetic shoe type.
